Refractory Inspector:
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Certification: API 510, API 936 preferable
Experience: Min. of 15 years of work experience as certified refractory inspector.
Shall have the required knowledge of installation, inspection, testing and repair of
refractory lining.
Carry out inspection of refractory and make proper recommendation.
Provide repair method statement and supervises the repair
Provide recommendations for long term and sustained reliability of the refractory.
Vibration Analysis Inspector:
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Certification: Category II certification in vibration analysis
Experience: Min. of 5 years of work experience in performing basic condition
monitoring activities.
Knowledge of all rotating & reciprocating machines (pumps compressors, blower, gear
box, screw, rotary feeder, reciprocating pumps, reciprocating compressors etc.) is
essential.
Experience in analysis of motor & generator Vibration Problems
Knowledge on Vibration severity standards is essential (ISO 10816-1 to 6, API 610 & VDI
3836).
Experience utilizing Emerson/ CSI 2140 MHM software and associated data collectors or
equivalent.
Experience specifying vibration systems including transmitters, probes, accelerometers,
and the associated cables
Should have the knowledge of using all online condition monitoring systems such as
Bently Nevada system 1 & Prognost and all offline Condition monitoring systems
(CSI,IRD, P&K and Adre for windows) and shall be able to analyze and trouble shoot the
vibration related problems.
Ability to interpret and analyze vibration and oil analysis data, Field diagnostics,
troubleshooting and report equipment.
Fluent in English and shall be able to do a comprehensive vibration analysis and create
reports with the recommendations and shall have excellent skills in MS office applications.
Vibration Analysis Technician:
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Certification: Category I certification in vibration analysis
Experience: Min. of 3 years of work experience in performing basic Condition
monitoring activities.
Knowledge on Vibration severity standards is essential (ISO 10816-1 to 6, API 610 & VDI
3836).
Should have the knowledge of using offline Condition monitoring systems (CSI, IRD, P&K
and Adre for windows) and shall be able to analyze and trouble shoot the vibration related
problems

collectors, Field diagnostics, troubleshooting and reporting.
Able to determines vibration point locations and develops data collection routes for new
and existing equipment
Fluent in English and shall be able to do a comprehensive vibration analysis and create
reports with the recommendations and shall have excellent skills in MS office applications.
Asset Integrity Engineer:
Qualification: Degree in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
Experience: Min 10 years of working experience of which at least 7 years in
petrochemical, chemical or refining industry. Recent experience will be in Asset
Integrity. Additional experience should include RBI, process safety, equipment
inspection, corrosion control/management, RCFA, incident investigation and risk
assessment.
Must be able to:
Participate in the development and implementation of the Asset Integrity Management
Program.
Ensure that the long and short-term fit-for-Service is maintained for all equipment.
Analyze inspection data and carry out remaining life assessment for equipment and
piping
Prepare procedure for Integrity and inspection team according to international standards
and best practices.
Analyze Pressure relief valves pre-pop and calibration data to optimize inspection
frequency.
Participate in the development and oversee the management of the Mechanical Integrity,
Corrosion Management Programs, including Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI).
Participate in the development and implementation of Risk Based Inspection (RBI)
Programs to improve asset integrity with a focus on safety.
Lead or participate in development of a Quality Management Standard and supporting
quality assurance, control processes and management plans.
Participate in the development and deployment of continuous improvement of integrity
programs, incorporating existing Integrity strategy and applicable codes and
specifications.
Participate in the resolution of ad-hoc issues, which have potential to impact asset
integrity, including equipment.
Participate as required in troubleshooting efforts and applies Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
practices to equipment failure investigations.
RBI Engineer:
Qualification: Degree in Metallurgy, Material science or Mechanical engineering
Certification: API 580
Experience: Min 10 years of working experience
Experience shall include technical background in development and implementation of
risk-based inspection projects
Skilled in various types of equipment and degradation mechanisms
Knowledgeable with API 510, API 570 and API 653
Knowledge of API 571 Damage mechanisms is essential
Proficiency with RBI systems such as Meridiam, Synergy, API RBI, Risk wise.
Corrosion Engineer:
Qualification: Degree in metallurgy, Corrosion Engineering or equivalent
Certification: NACE corrosion specialist
Experience: Min 10 – 15 years of working experience as corrosion engineer Shall
be knowledgeable and experienced in the process chemistries, degradation
mechanisms, materials selection, corrosion mitigation methods, corrosion monitoring
techniques, and their impact on pressure vessels and piping systems
Experience shall include providing technical assistance in development and
implementation of risk-based inspection projects as a corrosion specialist.
Fitness For Service Engineer:
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
Experience: Min 10 -15 years of working experience in Asset Fitness for service
assessment of equipment and Calculations. Expertise in using API 579-1 / ASME FFS-1
assessments.
Experience in the FFS methodology in assessing the flaws and other
deterioration/damage contained within pressure vessel and piping systems and
determine the structural integrity of the pressure vessel and piping systems for continued
service as per API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 or other equivalent codes.
Structural Engineer:
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
Experience: Min 10 – 15 years of working experience
Inspect structures and structural supports and steel pipe racks to ensure integrity and
prepare appropriate recommendations.
Prepare design reports and calculation notes
Review documentation on structural systems
Verify structural analyses
Approve steel structures design drawings
Liaise with other disciplines whenever required for a proper completion of the work
assigned
Verify structural strength or dynamic behavior of items designed by others (piping
support Specialists, Vendors, technical building Suppliers, etc.)
Perform field engineering activities.
Civil Engineer:
Qualification: Degree in Civil engineering
Experience: Min 10 years of working experience
Inspect civil works & recommend remedial actions, civil works may include equipment
foundations, concrete pits, pipe racks.
Ensure conformance to design and specifications and compliance with safety standards
for completed civil works.
Analyze information related to civil engineering works and prepare engineering reports.
Coordinate with external CONTRACTOR and suppliers as per COMPANY requirement
Review calculations done by the CONTRACTOR to check and ensure compliance to
standards and specifications.
Identify engineered solutions to recurring civil engineering issues.
Data Entry Technician:
Fresh graduated engineer with one to three years’ experience in reading data sheets for
pressure vessels, piping and safety valves
Able to read isometric drawing and extract data required from the drawings.
Fluent in computer skills especially in writing.
Document Controller:
Fresh graduated engineer with one to three years’ experience in reading data sheets for
pressure vessels, piping and safety valves
Able to read isometric drawing and extract data required from the drawings.
Fluent in computer skills especially in writing.
Reliability Lead Engineer:
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
Experience: Min 10 – 15 years of working experience
Provide reliability engineering expertise and support for assigned machinery; identify
reliability requirements for plant assets, establish an adequate reliability programs to
ensure asset optimization; utilize plant/equipment failure data and carry out timely analysis
in order to identify the root causes of failures to facilitate recommendation and execution of
corrective and preventive actions to improve reliability and availability of the plant in order
to enhance long term efficiency, productivity, and uninterrupted and efficient operations of
the assigned assets in line with defined industrial standards and quality policies and
procedures.
