• Visual & Dimensional Inspection of Tubular Products such as Couplings and Tube’s Thread.
• To carryout dimensional inspection according to SPEC-5B & SPEC-5B1.
• To apply gauge inspection, such as MRP, Stand Off, Lead Gauge, Thread Height Gauge, Taper Gauge etc.
• Sample preparation by taking the molding sample and verification of it by Overlay Inspection on Profile Projector.

• Perform NDT techniques (EMI, MT, PT & VT) and carry out NDT operations according to standards.
• Perform tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure their quality.
• Record and present obtained results of tests.
• Prepare inspection reports from the obtained data.
• Supervise teams and assign them tasks on a daily basis.
• Apply the inspection procedure, interpret the achieved results and report them to the clients. ​

• Connections including the VAM Family, Short Round Threads, Long Round Threads, Buttress Thread, TSH-Blue, TSH PH-4, TSH PH-6, JFE LION, SEAL LOCK APEX, EUE, BTS-6, BTS-8 etc.
• Inspect the threaded assembly in accordance of API RP 5B1 which includes Visual Inspection to check the damages, galling, pitting effects etc.
• Checking the Profile Gauging of threads by their Respective Gauges.
• Measuring of circumferential non-full-crested or black-crested thread length on buttress threads by means of Measuring tape.
