¨ External Inspection of Static Equipment’s on Head, Shell, Nozzles,Corrosion Under Insulation,and check the Supporting Structures like Ladders, Platform, Supports etc.,

¨ Conducting  External CUI inspections on Piping, Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers.

¨ Monitoring Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging (UTG)  on Vessels.

¨ Calculating Short Term, Long Term and Remaining Life of Equipments.

¨ Monitoring & Witness of  Hydro Tests and Pneumatic Tests and Calibration due dates.

¨ Performing Raw Material Inspection of Incoming Materials.

¨ Review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) accordance with applicable standards.

¨ Witness of Mechanical and Chemical Tests for incoming material like Tensile test, Impact Test, Bend test, Hardness Test, PMI Test etc., and acceptance as per applicable codes & standards.

¨ Performing Fit up & Dimensional Inspections as per the approved drawings.

¨ Inspection and Monitoring of Joint Preparation and Welding Process.

¨ Performing before – in process – after welding Inspections.

¨ Monitoring the Baking of welding consumables and preheating, inter pass and PWHT of welds.

¨ Experienced with various welding processes like; SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW various types of joining materials like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Low and Alloy steels.

¨ Witnessing of  NDT (RT, UT, MT, and PT) as per Project requirements.

¨ Reviewing & accepting NDT reports as per applicable codes &standards.

¨ Performing/Witnessing Leak Test on Weld Seams, RF pads for Nozzles as per approved Procedures.

¨ Monitoring & Witnessing of Blasting & Painting Inspection activities.

¨ Carrying out Painting Inspection activities i.e., checking of DBT, WBT, RH, MT, WFT, DFT,
