    Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AutoUT) Systems are using multi-axis systems or robots for automating/mechanizing the scanning process during the ultrasonic inspection of a component. This video details the basic working principles of automated UT, including a comparison with manual, mechanized, and automatic UT inspections, as well as different scanning patterns, use of phased array technology, A-Scans, B-Scans, and C- Scans.
