We are seeking an Advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level 3 Specialist with expertise in Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction (ToFD) for a remote support role. This position involves providing expert consultation, procedure writing, and data analysis for our clients worldwide. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in PAUT and ToFD, coupled with a strong background in NDT procedure development and data interpretation.

Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support and consultation to clients in PAUT and ToFD techniques, ensuring optimal application of these methods according to project needs.
Develop, review, and approve NDT procedures and techniques, with a focus on PAUT and ToFD, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Analyze NDT data from PAUT and ToFD inspections, offering detailed interpretations, and actionable insights to clients.
Lead the preparation and review of comprehensive reports summarizing findings, analyses, and recommendations based on PAUT and ToFD data.
Act as a subject matter expert in PAUT and ToFD, staying abreast of the latest developments and best practices in these areas.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs, advising on the most effective NDT strategies and solutions.
Conduct remote training sessions and workshops for clients and their teams to enhance their understanding and skills in PAUT and ToFD.
Requirements:
Current and valid NDT Level 3 certification, specifically in Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction (ToFD).
A minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in PAUT and ToFD, including significant experience in procedure development and data analysis.
Strong background in remote technical support, with proven ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.
Excellent analytical skills, with a proven track record of interpreting complex NDT data and providing practical, actionable insights.
Proficiency in NDT software tools used for PAUT and ToFD data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and conduct effective training sessions.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client consultations and projects effectively.
