Questions companies ask

Do we need a PayPal account?

No. The PayPal page takes a card without an account.

Is VAT or sales tax added?

No. Prices are in USD and no VAT or sales tax is charged. Receipts carry the organisation name, address and tax id you enter.

What does “emailed to matching candidates” mean?

Every vacancy on a company plan is sent to the job-alert subscribers whose country and keywords match it, on the next alert run. Vacancies on the free plan are listed on the job board only.

Who counts as a company?

Employers, recruitment agencies, equipment and service vendors, training providers and event organisers. Individual inspectors, engineers and students use Member (free) or Premium.

Can we cancel, and is there a guarantee?

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from your membership page and run to the end of the month. Every paid plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first payment; on company plans it ends once a full CV has been opened. Annual plans do not renew once cancelled. Refund policy.

Can we upgrade later?

Any time. Hiring to Exhibitor or Exhibitor to Sponsor takes a minute from your dashboard; the new plan replaces the old one and any PayPal subscription is swapped, never billed twice.

How many Sponsors are there?

Sponsor is limited to six organisations. Each has a place in the homepage Sponsor grid, two per row, and every Sponsor gets the same: their card on every section of the site, side by side with the other Sponsors, in an order shuffled on every page view; 5 open now. Yes, and it stays free: no card, no expiry. It pays for itself through the company plans.

What do I get with Premium?

The Training group and the NDT Documents Hub, a Premium badge, a CV featured for 30 days and more classifieds. It does not open candidate CVs or email vacancies; those are company plan features.

What does Pro add?

Visibility to employers: your CV stays featured for the whole year and is listed first, you see which companies opened it and when, it leads the new-CV email that Hiring, Exhibitor and Sponsor companies receive every two weeks, your applications carry the Pro badge, and once the team has checked your certificate the Verified certification badge shows on your CV and profile. Everything in Premium is included.
