Every paid plan on NDT Inspect carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: Premium, Hiring, Exhibitor and Sponsor, on annual and monthly billing alike. If a plan is not what you expected, tell us within 30 days of your first payment for that plan and we refund that payment in full.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] or through the contact form.
- The guarantee covers the first payment for a plan. Renewal payments are not refundable, and after 30 days payments are non-refundable.
- On the company plans (Hiring, Exhibitor and Sponsor) the guarantee ends as soon as a full CV has been opened with the plan, because a candidate name, contact details and CV file cannot be handed back once seen.
- When a refund is made, the plan ends straight away and any automatic renewal is cancelled.
- Refunds are paid back through PayPal and may take up to 10 business days to process.

Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
