EddySonix designs and manufactures non-destructive testing (NDT) systems in Switzerland for automotive and aerospace manufacturing.

Our Eddy Current Scanner (ECS) measures effective case depth (ECD) in induction-hardened axle bars, tulip stems and fixed outer race (FOR) stems. Automated scanning delivers numerical case depth results and pass/fail assessment, helping manufacturers monitor case hardening quality, identify heat-treatment deviations and reduce routine destructive testing.

Each application is validated against microhardness cut-check results, with measurement locations and performance defined for the component and process. Surface hardness assessment is also available through a dedicated application database.

We also develop acoustic resonance testing systems using impact (ARI) and sweep (ARS) methods for component quality and structural integrity assessment.

Our scope includes complete inspection systems, application development, inspection coils, measurement software, installation and training.
