Olympus MS5800 MFL calibration
Dear friends,
I am working on Olympus MS5800 equipment. In that MFL calibration part absolute coil should give 6v for 60% WT OD groove, but I am getting only 4v. How to achieve 6v?
I tried with gain adjustment. Also the differential and trial coil not giving 1v. -

In order to get the values you set in Setup , you need to chech the Channel option in the System Calibration window (it should show only HOLE,OD GR60 ). After recording a signal for each one you hit Callibrate and the Differential and absolute refferences will be adjusted at the value in the Setup.
