    how to perform PWHT on in-service welding (hot tapping) / Pressurized line (live line)
    material: CS nace
    fluid service is : stripped water, Flare, Amine

    API 2201 code does not recommend to carryout PWHT on pressurized lines (Live lines).
    but as per API 510 Para 8.1.7.4.3 is recommended Preheat or Controlled-deposition Welding (CDW) Methods as Alternatives to PWHT.
    but need more clarification to perform PWHT
