    Does cathodic protection work on cars?

    On cars, the circuit is incomplete. “The only way to complete the circuit on all metal in your car is to drive into seawater or to be buried in soil!” (Corrosion-doctors.org). That’s why cathodic protection isn’t proven to work for cars.
