    1. PAUT hard wedge is not suit for casting inspection due to the coupling, especially for concave or limited structure.
    2. if necessary, ATFM technique is OK and is better for wave surface, or hydroform probe may solve your problem.

    Maybe you can look into Olympus A24 series phased array probes…
