New SIUI Smartor compact flaw detector from a German NDT supplier. The handheld unit measures about 198 x 128 x 53 mm, weighs roughly 0.85 kg with its battery and has a 5.7-inch 640 x 480 colour display. Base software covers signal detection and measurement with two gates, alarms and DAC/AVG evaluation, and the unit can be set up for left- or right-handed one-hand use, with SD and USB interfaces. Add-on modules include TCG, probe spectrum analysis, weld ray-tracing, crack-height sizing, curved-surface correction, B-scan, AWS and API evaluation. The kit comes with a battery, charger, protective cover and an EN 22232-1 certificate.
