• Verify the cutting, cleaning, machining and application of adhesives, joining and curing as per bonding procedure. • Material identification of RTR / GRE /GRP Pipes, Fittings and Spools. • Verify the cutting, sanding, cleaning, mixing, fixing, laminating and curing as per laminate joint procedure. • Ensure that the heating blanket is properly stored. • Inspection of the flanged joints based on the pressure. • Check the pipe supports are at minimum required distance. • Confirm that the pipe ends, and mechanical surfaces are properly protected. • Procedures, client specifications and approved Drawings. • Instruct and guide the lamination crews Marking, Cutting and Fabricating Spools as per shop drawings & Isometric drawing. • Preparation of Final QC Dossier in format as required by Client. NDT Level 2
