The role runs customer and development projects for the nuclear industry while also contributing hands-on NDE work, with up to half of the time spent at customer sites. What the job involves
- Lead the preparation of technical documentation for quotations
- Combine hands-on NDE work with managing projects alongside the team
- Plan, monitor and run customer and development projects covering budget, schedule, requirements and staffing
- Set up the project organisation and assign resources
- Keep work compliant with business systems and company policies and keep customers and participants informed
- Travel up to 50% of the time for work carried out at customer sites
What you need
- A technical or quality degree or equivalent, and at least five years of relevant work
- Previous experience leading people or teams
- Strong command of both Swedish and English
- NDE experience in UT, ET or visual inspection with ISO 9712/PCN Level 2 or higher counts as a merit
- Project management training or certification is an advantage; security clearance is part of recruitment
