Westinghouse Field Services Spain is looking for an industrial radiography inspector based in Bilbao, with travel within Spain and abroad. The inspector performs radiography both in a shielded bunker and in the field with X-ray equipment and iridium or selenium sources, and interprets the images. An industrial radioactive installation operator licence and ISO 9712 Level 2 in RT (or in the welds and metallic materials sector) are essential.

What the job involves

Perform industrial radiography in the bunker and on site
Operate X-ray equipment and gamma sources (iridium, selenium)
Evaluate and interpret radiographs
Apply technical procedures under radiation safety and quality rules
Prepare and check inspection equipment and support technical teams in industrial and nuclear settings

What you need

Licence as operator of an industrial radioactive installation
ISO 9712 Level 2 in RT or in the welds and metallic materials sector
Hands-on industrial radiography experience and knowledge of radiation safety rules
Available to travel
Valued: Level 2 in PT, MT or VT, ADR class 7 certificate, CR/DR digital radiography and nuclear plant experience
