Airbus Helicopters is hiring an NDT inspector for the operational quality department at its Dugny site near Le Bourget, just north of Paris. The inspector will mostly perform ultrasonic testing within a team that also uses X-ray, tomography and thermography. Level 2 UT certification and knowledge of composites are mandatory.

What the job involves

Carry out quality inspections to the applicable standards and sign off the related operations
Perform ultrasonic inspections, which are the main focus of the role
Coordinate day-to-day activity in the assigned area
Handle non-conformities, including the paperwork and checks on reworked parts
Contribute to improvement projects and to first article inspections when required

What you need

Experienced aerospace NDT technician
Level 2 UT certification (mandatory)
Knowledge of composite materials
English at B2 level and fluent French; German is a plus
Security clearance questionnaire forms part of the hiring process
