Oceaneering's Integrity Management and Digital Solutions business is recruiting a multi-method NDT technician based at Rosyth in Fife. The technician carries out ultrasonic, magnetic particle, penetrant and radiographic examinations on structures and equipment, including offshore assets, and reports defects with recommended remedies. At least five years in NDT and radiography, plus PCN Level 2 in several methods including radiography, is required.

What the job involves
- Perform UT, MT, PT and radiographic inspection of client structures and equipment, offshore included
- Interpret results, identify defects and anomalies, and recommend corrective action in written reports
- Keep inspection records and work to industry codes, regulations and company procedures
- Help engineering and operations colleagues draw up inspection plans
- Mentor less experienced technicians and keep up to date with new NDT technology
What you need
- Minimum of five years' experience in NDT and radiography
- PCN Level 2 certification in multiple methods, radiography among them
- Good knowledge of standards covering NDT and offshore operations
- Readiness to work offshore and a current UK driving licence
- Engineering or NDT diploma or degree preferred
