What the job involves
- Carry out NDT in certified methods under Team procedures, client specs and code requirements
- Record and evaluate test results using proper forms or digital systems
- Oversee NDT assistants and helpers on site
- Operate and calibrate NDT equipment and tools
- Coordinate scope, access and results with project managers and client representatives
- Maintain reports, time sheets and safety documents, including dosimetry and barricading for radiography
What you need
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Documentation supporting Team Level II qualification in one or more methods
- Clear drug/alcohol and background screening; able to get TWIC, DISA and similar credentials
- Good written and spoken communication
- Preferred: multiple Level II certifications, API or CWI credentials, IRRSP card or radiation safety training, TWIC and OSHA 10/30
