Pratt & Whitney is recruiting an NDT inspector technician at 10 Loyang Crescent in Singapore. The role applies FPI, MPI and/or UT, judges results against procedures, and works from engine manuals together with engineering work scopes. Applicants need a diploma, at least 400 hours of aerospace FPI, two years with aircraft structures, engines or components, and valid SNT-TC-1A, ASNT, PCN, NAS410 or EN4179 certification.

What the job involves
- Perform FPI, MPI and/or UT and decide acceptance or rejection per procedure
- Use engine manuals alongside engineering work scopes
- Run system performance checks to the relevant process standard
- Prepare and operate NDT tooling so that results are valid
- Calibrate and maintain test media and equipment on a routine basis
What you need
- Minimum diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field
- At least 400 hours of aerospace FPI
- Two or more years with aircraft structures, engines or components, or an acceptable equivalent
- Valid SNT-TC-1A, ASNT, PCN, NAS410 or EN4179 certification
- Preferred: prior aviation NDT work plus MS Office and SAP skills
