What the job involves

Carry out magnetic flux leakage (EMI) testing on pipe and approve or reject it
Re-examine indications found by EMI to confirm defect presence, type and severity
Set up equipment, handle product changeovers and calibrate the prove-up system
Check reference standard pipes against internal and customer quality requirements
Complete quality reports and calibration and equipment logs, digitally or on paper
Perform lockout/tagout, preventive maintenance days and daily equipment care

What you need

Current UT Level II and MPI Level I certifications, with certificates presented
