Job Type: Permanent.

Start Date: ASAP.

Location: Middlemarch House, Coventry CV3 4FJ.

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 08:30-16:30, Mon-Fri.

Key Responsibilities include:

Provide expert assessment of inspection systems (procedures, technical justifications,
equipment and personnel) against written specifications.
Carry out or assist with client’s internal and external audits.
Willingness and ability to travel with the possibility of extended periods away from
home both in the UK and abroad.
Liaise with the clients and their sub-contractors.
Providing or directing training, examination, and certification of personnel.
Approving NDT procedures and work instructions for technical adequacy.
Here’s What You’ll Need:

Essential

RT Level 3 NAS410 / EN4179 .
PT (or MT) Level 3 NAS410 / EN4179 .
Have the skills and knowledge to interpret codes, standards, and other contractual
documents that control the NDT method(s).
Be capable of assuming technical responsibility for an NDT facility and staff.
Be capable of preparing and verifying the adequacy of procedures and work
instructions.
Have a general knowledge of other NDT methods and product manufacturing
and inspection technologies used by clients.
Be capable of providing or directing training, examination, and certification
of personnel.
Must have excellent communication skills and a strong professional attitude
to your work at all times.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Must have a customer centric attitude to the quality of your work with a desire
to ensure continual and consistent client satisfaction.
Desirable

Be capable of assessing and selecting the method and technique for a specific
part.
Have a basic knowledge of aircraft or vehicle maintenance.
Previous work experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry.
OTJ training will be provided when starting the role.

We will also accept very experienced and capable Level 2’s who want to progress.
We will provide training for any successful level 2 candidate to ensure they reach
the standard we require.
