    NDT level 3

    Hello, In accordance to ASD-STAN prEN 4179 part 5.1.6 Level 3 says (Be capable of providing or directing training, examination, and certification of personnel;) so my question is:
    is it authorized for a person certified as level 3 and working to a private company to certify OR recertify his NDT level II staff? if not why then its mentioned in the EN4179 he is capable to do it?
