Inspection Engineers, at least two certifications from API-510, API-570, API-653

We are looking for 4 Inspection Engineers long term, experience preferably in Fertilizer area as per below requirement, Free Recruitment and Immediate departure.

Candidate Requirements : Inspection Engineer (4 Nos)

a. Bachelor degree in Mechanical or metallurgical Engineering with Min. 07 Years’ of Experience .
b. Experience shall be in the Inservice inspection of Refineries / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Chemical / Fertilizers industries. Fertilizer industries (Ammonia /DAP/PAP/SAP is preferable).
c. Must demonstrate multiple areas of expertise (Inspection Engineering practices, Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Welding & Metallurgy, Corrosion monitoring & control etc.

Certifications :
a. At least two certifications from API-510, API-570, API-653 is must.
b. ASNT Level-II in PT, MT, UT & RT is must.
c. Other API Certifications is an added advantage.
d. Any one NACE Certification is an added advantage.
e. Anyone welding certification from CSWIP 3.1 or AWS is an added advantage

Brief Job profile :

1. Conversant with all kind of static equipment and piping Inspection procedures, repair methodologies and acceptance criteria

2. Lead Plant Inspectors and NDT Technicians in planning and execution of Inspection activities

3. Accountable for timely and accurately completion of Plant Inspection jobs.

4. Damage mechanisms / Failure mode assessments of static equipment.

5. Participate in technical studies , Risk assessments , Inspection strategy program and RCA investigations.

6. Shut down / Regular Inspection planning and execution.

7. Review and approve work quality impacted procedures of repair activities , ITP, WPS, and PQR.

8. Witness Welder Qualification Tests and Qualify welders.

8. Review PWHT , pressure testing, procedures, and Witness Hydro and Pneumatic Test.

9. Inspection refractory and chemical resistant lined static equipment. Conversant with lining materials, quality control, inspection methods, curing and dry out procedures.

10. Inspection of FRP / GRP and other composite equipment and assess damage.

11. Maintain Equipment Inspection and repairs History.

12. Ensure repairs / welding in compliance to approved procedures and test plans.

13. Inspection Work Orders management in Oracle or another system.

14. Must be a safety and reliability driver and advocates.

15. Familiar with stationary equipment and piping relevant ASME / API / ASTM / ANSI and NACE standards.
