Level III Rope Access Technician

Position Overview:

* The primary function of a Rope Access Technician 3 is to provide support to the Rope Access portion of the work scope.

Looking for Level III IRATA and/or SPRAT Rope Access Technicians. The Rope Access Technician is responsible for supporting NDT inspections from both rope access and ground positions to suit clients needs and safe work practices.

The main duties include:

* Support or perform NDT inspection using IRATA or SPRAT rope access methods
* Perform rope gear inspections as per applicable national and international standards
* Perform dropped object surveys as per industry guidelines.
* Perform work at height using IRATA and/or SPRAT rope access methods.
* Operates rope gear, tools, and equipment to accomplish job assignments and client requirements
* Safely Operates company vehicles and strictly adhere to company safety regulations
* Provide direction and guidance with the codes, standards and other contractual documents that control the method as utilized by the company and client.
* Responsible for all paperwork to be turn in a timely manner including safety forms, company required forms, customer forms, and timesheets
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and promote a positive customer service attitude internally and externally
* Follow and enforce the Company required safe work practices and procedures at all times.

* Enforce and abide the requirements of safe operation and personal safety using required Personal Protective Equipment and Safe Practices per company policy
* Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience:

* At least three years of rope access experience
* NDT experience preferred
* Oil & Gas experience preferred
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Certificates and Licenses Required:

* IRATA and/or SPRAT Level III required
* TWIC card required
* Basic First Aid, CPR and AED for Adults preferred
* NDT certification preferred
* IRRSP or equivalent preferred
* Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program.
