About the Role
As a member of our NDT teams, you will have the opportunity to work on major client sites to support the execution of ongoing client contracts, outages and shutdowns. You get the opportunity to work alongside a crew of highly experienced Leaders (both technical and management), with the opportunity to work alongside a group of highly experienced and supportive Technicians, Inspectors and Engineers.
Day to Day
Our teams love what they do, and when you’re working with us your day could involve:
Carry out high integrity NDT and Inspection work.
Liaise with clients and provide clear and concise results and information as required.
Prepare and compile worksheets and reports.
Provide assistance (non NDT) to engineering and metallurgy staff where required.
What Do You Need?
At a minimum Level II or equivalent (ISO 9712) qualifications in Radiographic Testing and a Radiation Safety License.
3 years relevant industry experience with exposure to heavy industrial plant.
Hold a valid driver’s license.
Digital Radiography experience.
Hold four-wheel drive training.
Gas test atmospheres certification.
Both permanent and casual NDT Technician positions available.
Competitive $$$ (base salary + super + OVERTIME).
Reside locally in Chinchilla/Roma or DIDO/FIFO from Brisbane.
Camp accommodation + meals + transport to and from camp.
Roster: 13 days on/15 days off, 11 hour days.
Career development opportunities, i.e. digital radiography, 4 method Technician or advanced inspection paths (i.e. PAUT).
