NDT Engineer

Innerspec Technologies is world leader in non-destructive testing solutions, with offices in America, Europe and Asia. We are continuously innovating and developing new solutions and products for the NDT industry.
We are selecting for our European headquarters located in Madrid an NDT Engineer for our In-Service Division.

Main responsabilities:

• Perform NDT Weld inspections with PAUT and other techniques independently
• Building procedures and knowledge of relevant standards
• Perform data analysis and populate relevant and profesional reports
• Applicants must be able to demonstrate good teamwork, initiative and self-motivation
• Participating in feasibility analysis, project scoping, resource planning

Essential Requirements:

• ISO 9712 NDT certifications in UT, PAUT & ToFD at Level 2
• PCN or CSWIP Welding Inspection certification
• A degree in Science or Engineering.
• Knowledge of NDT with relevant industrial experience.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong documentation and writing skills.
• Understanding of ASME, API, ISO and BS codes for NDT.
• A good mixture of analytical, experimental and creative capabilities.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Practical mind, self-driven, and entrepreneurial

Other valuable skills:
• API 510, 570 & 653
• Experience and knowledge of API 579 or BS 7910
• Guided Waves & EMAT experience
• Programming skills on Python, Matlab, VBA
• Familiarity with Solidworks, SpaceClaim, etc…
• NACE certifications
