I am a Chemical process engineer located in Athens GA. I have over a dozen sanitary 3A T316SS shell and tube heat exchangers that require forensic analysis including NDT X-ray of welds. These are new, made in China and were never stamped ASME. I need a qualified inspection engineer to analayze one of them and prepare a report and Drawings. These have been hydrotested and have U-1A mfr forms. I have met with the State Inspector and desire to get State Special stamp for all of these.
